Michael oversees the strategic vision and back office management/coordination. Michael's role is to make sure that the "I's" are dotted and the "T's" are crossed and to ensure that communication is flowing and organized so that the field team and do what they do best, Build! With a focus on relationship-driven contracting, he ensures RC Residential remains your advocate from the first design sketch to the final walkthrough.
