ROBERT CANALES
CO-OWNER & OPERATION MANAGER
A former Marine and carpenter by trade, Robert brings hands-on skill and steady leadership to every job site. He runs field and building operations, leading the crew the same way he learned to lead in the Marine Corps — by showing up, working hard, and looking out for his people. Robert loves the craft of building, but what drives him most is taking care of his clients every step of the way. At home, Robert is a husband and father to three amazing daughters, who keep him on his toes just as much as any job site does.
MICHAEL RITER
CO-OWNER & PROJECT ADMINSTRATOR
Michael oversees strategic vision and back-office operations, making sure every "i" is dotted and every "t" is crossed. He keeps communication flowing and organized so the field team can focus on what they do best — building. Relationship-first at heart, Michael ensures RC Residential is your advocate from the first design sketch to the final walkthrough. Outside of work, Michael is a husband and father of three, and there's nothing he loves more than watching his kids grow into amazing adults.
